There are four ways to make a donation to United Voices Choir.
1. Cheque
Mail a cheque, made out to “United Voices Choir,” to our society address:

Along with your cheque, please include the name and address you would like on your charitable donation tax receipt. If you also include an email address, we will send you a receipt by email. (If you prefer, we will send a receipt by Canada Post.)
United Voices Choral Society wants to ensure that your generosity is recognized by listing you as a donor in our concert programmes and on our website. If you are donating by cheque, please include a note that we may recognize your support and provide the donor name(s) that you wish us to use. If you wish your gift to remain anonymous, please indicate that as well.
2. Interac e-transfer
You can e-transfer your donation directly into our bank account by making an Interac e-transfer to United Voices Choir at the email address donations@voiceschoir.ca . In the “memo” part of your transfer please include the name and address you want on your charitable donation tax receipt, and please include your email address so that we can email the receipt to you.
(If this is all too long for the “memo” field, please send the information for your receipt in a separate email message to donations@voiceschoir.ca )

3. Visa, Mastercard or Paypal via CanadaHelps
Click this link and follow the instructions on the CanadaHelps website. CanadaHelps, itself a registered charity in Canada, will issue the tax receipt.

4. Support the Music Director Chair or the Concertmaster Chair for the 2025/2026 season
To take advantage of this opportunity, send an email to fundraising@voiceschoir.ca and we will respond to you with details about the process.
Required donation:
Music Director Chair: $2,500
Concertmaster Chair: $1,500
Period of recognition: The two-season concert year following the donation, beginning in September and ending the following June. For example, September 2025 to June 2026.
Each year, the current supporter of each Chair will be offered the opportunity to renew for the following season before a general appeal is made.
Donors will be recognized on the UVC website and in all concert programs for the applicable season wherever the position is listed.
Acknowledgments will read: “(donor name) Music Director Chair” or “(donor name) Concertmaster Chair”.
